This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Manage client relationships
• Highlight issues faced by clients and discuss with operations and technical team to resolve issues or improve products
• Find ways to market and prospect clients
• Setup new partnerships and distribution channels to growth the business
• Fully understand the company products and its services to recommend and advise based on customers requirements
