2. Upon Occurrence
– secretarial support Dubai Team and MD: general correspondence in E
– contacts maintenance
– office supply handling
– minutes of internal meetings
– preparation of client meetings
– reorganization of filing cabinets
– event handling (Birthday gifts and cards for , Staff and/or third parties and special events upon occasion) etc
– organization of lunch/sandwiches for meeting if required
– support with travel arrangements
– assistance with payments and debt collection from clients
– marketing support function: print out and bind marketing material
– drafting of documents in E
– Communication with group and other subsidiaries
– Communication with 3rd parties (such as law firms, registered agents, banks etc.)
