Configuring, Handling, Monitoring & troubleshooting of Networks:
(a) LAN,WAN,TCP/IP & WI-FI Technologies
(b) Internet connectivity – ADSL, Lease Lines, Data lease Lines
(c) VPN Connectivity, Bandwidth Optimizers & link Balancer
(d) Configuring network routers, switches, VPN tunnels & other devices
(e) Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network Connectivity.
Configuring, Handling, Monitoring & troubleshooting of MS Exchange 2013.
(a) Managing of Server Roles
(b) Creation & maintenance of Mail-Boxes and quota allocations
(c) Setting & Configuring Backup-Restore Procedures according to Exchange Best Practices.
(d) Managing email security, email gateway, anti-spam, anti-malware through Symantec Message Labs.
Configuring, Handling, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of VMware Virtual environment.
Secondary Scope:
Hardware & Software:
(a) Configuring & Maintaining Windows Servers, Desktops & Laptops
(b) Installation of Operating Systems & updates – Windows Server 2008,2012R2 Enterprise& STD, 2016
(c) Support and maintain Print Servers.
(d) Monitor all devices (Servers, Netapp Storage, Fortinet Firewall, tape library, core/server farm/access switches, SAN switches, environment monitoring system) in OMC datacenter on regular basis and inform IT manager for any issues.
Configuring, Handling , Monitoring & troubleshooting of SAN Storage
Configuring, Handling, Monitoring & troubleshooting of Veeam Backup.
DR-Site Management
(a) Working Knowledge of Veeam Replication software & tools.
(b) Troubleshooting and Monitoring of all devices (WatchGuard firewall, VMware, Servers, Storage, silver peak optimizer, Router) at DR site.
(c) Support IT team for DR drills.
IT Projects
(a) Coordinate multiple IT projects in the OMC, having high level knowledge in design and implementing IT infrastructure.
(b) Participate when need in the department for technical evaluation of IT projects.
(c) Contribute in creating RFP/RFQ/RFI for IT Projects.
