20% of my time creating content for Internal Communication

40% of my time managing CD social media accounts and creating contents

20% of my time creating presentation layout for major Kout events

20% of my time taking photography/videography and creating Design as CD brands requested

I regularly review and plan work with my team

I join most of the team events

I support the team all the time when there is need

I brain storm and share ideas with the team on daily bases

Customer

I monitor and review customer comments and take corrective action where required

I visit a competitor at least once a week and feedback for improvement

I think about the customer experience while designing

Operation

I ensure brand standards are consistently delivered

I ensure align with the operation team while designing

I make sure all the operations project get finish by their calendar requested

I ensure to collect operation’s feedback in order to improve the business impact of my artworks

Finance

I consider the budget while designing

I create cost effective solution especially for packaging
