Skills

1.     Supervise our cargo loading & de-stuffing at ports

2.     Coordinate the local transportation of deliveries

3.     External documentation

4.     Inspect of cargo for local and export.

5.     Prepare delivery schedule for local delivery

6.     Get update of newly arrived shipment

7.     Maintain the details of cargo which is lying in CFS so that cargo is moved on time without any storage charge

8.     Visit shipping lines to make payment and to collect D/O

9.     Issuance of certificate of origin from Dubai Chamber of Commerce

10 Ensure accurate record keeping & system entries to be updated

11.  Manage all logistics operations in order to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

12.    Update the management on changes in ports and customs rules and regulations

13.    Communicate with the clearing agents to ensure there is no incomplete documentation

14.    Ensure all documents and related information are updated and available for clearance

15.    Identify transportation companies and coordinate with them to deliver the goods to the customer

16.    Monitor closely the delivery and apply for duty refund for the re-export cargo

17.    Prepare and record re-exports documentation

18.    Monthly stock taking at the port and warehouse

19.    Manage all online accounts and payment systems of UAE ports

20.  Prepare reports on all re-export cargo and locally sold cargo to update same with Dubai customs.

21.  Update the quality issue of the cargo to concerned coordination team
