Job Description
Brief Summary of the position
- Field Service Technician will Install, configure and perform maintenance on SKIDATA PA and CA Products.
- His repair and installation duties must be performed on-site, at facilities location in all the GCC Markets.
- Acts in line with SKIDATA service guidelines and SKIDATA service commitments.
Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities

R: Responsible
A: Assisting
R – Interacting with clients to solve their issues
R – Solving problems on technical issues
R – Teaming up with Service Point partner
R – On-site support and remote customer, including troubleshooting and repair of various components of our equipment
R – Train users on the equipment and make the remotely monitored or traveling if necessary.
A – Participate in project meetings and execute service delivery on time

Skills
Qualifications and Experience
Education and background:
IT / Electronics and Communication Engineering college degree
Years of experience: 3-5
Skills and Knowledge (functional and methodical)
• Technical Knowledge computer literate with electronic, electric and network skills
• Teamwork – this job involves working with colleagues towards shared company
and team goals as well as taking the lead on site installations.
• Methodical skills – Being organized and proactive. Having high attention to details
with a hands-on mentality.
Languages, e.g. English fluent (written and vocal): English
Social and Personal Competences
• Good level of stress tolerance and resilience
• Being able to deal with all types of people
• Being self-motivated.
• Being able to work alone AND with a team
