Responsibilities:
-answering customer queries about the product in a timely and accurate way;
-identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
– updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;
– knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
– processing orders, forms, applications, and requests;
– following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Skills
Requirements:
*experience working with customer support;
*familiarity with our industry is a plus
*superb written and verbal communication skills;
*excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*patience when handling tough cases
Compulsory languages:
Chinese (written)
English (professional proficiency)
