– Receiving telephone calls and relay messages
– Arranging meetings
– Preparing letters , reports and documents
– Maintain general filing system and fill documents
– Manage office affairs and Welcoming guests
– Assist with planning and preparation of meetings and events
– Follow up incoming and outgoing letters
Skills
– Minimum 3 years of experience as secretary or CEO assistant
– Fast typing skill (English)
– Computer knowledge; windows & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
– Fluent in English (speaking, writing and comprehension)
– Excellent organization and good communication skills
– Self-development, Self-learning and Self-motivation
– Ability to multi-task, problem solving and meet required deadlines
– Ability to maintain good relationship with staff and customers
